Compassion in Every Step
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through various nonprofit organizations across Chicago and in intensive outpatient settings. These experiences have shaped the way I show up in the therapy space—with compassion, presence, and a deep respect for life’s complexities.
I believe that every individual carries their own strengths, and that you are the driver of your therapeutic journey. My role is to provide guidance, support, and tools to help you navigate challenges while honoring your unique experience. I integrate evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients build skills, find meaning, and encourage gentle strength.
It is important to note that grief looks different across cultures and for every individual—there are no rules or timelines for how grief unfolds. Each experience is unique and deeply personal, and together we will honor your way of holding and moving through loss that feels most authentic to you. Loss can also take many forms: the death of a loved one, the passing of a beloved pet, the ending of a relationship, or even the loss of identity, health, or a life chapter we once envisioned.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating grief and loss—including experiences that may be complex or traumatic—and life transitions that can feel overwhelming or destabilizing. My work also extends to those living with chronic pain or illness, as well as individuals adjusting to a new diagnosis and the grief that often accompanies these changes. These experiences can deeply shape how we understand ourselves, our bodies, and our relationships with others. In addition, I work with caregivers who carry the profound responsibility of tending to a loved one, offering a compassionate space to process stress, burnout, and the emotional challenges of this role. My goal is to create a peaceful, safe environment where you can honor your feelings, uncover your strengths, and move toward healing and balance at a pace that feels right for you.
With Peace,
